Is my registration information secure?

Yes. Your personal information will not be shared with any third party. Your personal information and email address will not be shared with any third party.



What are my payment options?

SocialWorkerContinuingEducation accepts most major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express)



Do I have to complete the course in one sitting?

You do not have to complete your course in one sitting.  Simply log off and the next time you log in you will continue where you left off.



What if I step away from my computer? Will I still be logged on?

You will automatically be logged off of your course after 20 minutes of inactivity. Workshops Express feels very strongly about the content of these courses and encourages each user to fully read each course.



Is there an exam after the completion of the test?

Yes. There is a multiple choice test at the completion of each course. A 80% passing grade is needed to complete each course.



What if I fail the test?

If you fail the test you can retake it until you have met the passing grade of 80%.



How can I change my personal information?

You can change your personal information at any time by logging into your account and selecting the MY PROFILE button.



Do my workshops expire?

You have 12 months from the date of purchase to complete your course hours.  Your expiration date will appear on your invoice and account email.



Do you send my results to the state?

We do not send your certificate of completion or exam results to your state. Please refer to your State Board for instructions on continuing education credit submission.
